Product marketing professional specializing in Answer Engine Optimization, AI content systems, and developer ecosystem growth. 4+ years across Google Pixel and AI/GenAI startups (Convai).

Before I go too much into detail about the things I do, let me share a bit about myself

I am Vineet Adnala, a Product Marketing Operations professional with over 4 years of experience in AI/GenAI, consumer devices, and developer ecosystem. Currently I’m leading Technical SEO and GTM efforts working alongside Purnendu, CEO of Convai — the highest-rated developer platform for crafting embodied conversational AI characters with advanced multimodal perception abilities for game engines, XR, Learning and Training, and other virtual world applications. Since I joined Convai, I have spearheaded marketing efforts (Blogs, Content, and Technical SEO) that have helped us drive nearly +3.5x organic traffic, scaled YouTube from 2K to 13K subscribers, created a developer community hub to significantly reduce load on our support team, support cold outreach efforts and more (proud of being a marketing generalist who executes). I also pioneered AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for Convai's blog, improving AI citation scores from 0.14 to 0.75+ — more on that in the case study below. Previously at Google Pixel India, I contributed to 3x YoY market share growth by supporting influencer campaigns, launch events, xfn and partner collaborations (Flipkart), POs and more.

What I'm working on now

Being in the GenAI space for over 2 years now, I can say with confidence that I have a strong technical grasp of tools like Claude (Power-user), GPT, Gemini, and more, and leveraging these tools to maximize the impact I can bring within Convai and generate results is what drives me. Having said this, besides the feature-first blogs, developer tutorials, outreach funnels, these are the three things that I have been working to perfect:

How I think about my work

I think my philosophy has been really simple and the same ever since day 1. Be reliable, honest, and execute to the max. Does that mean getting everything right at the first time? Absolutely — just kidding. If I could bundle up the mistakes I have made I could write a totally new blog on it, but who’s gonna read that right? haha. The key driver in this case should be how I want to picture myself in five years — beyond just a working professional, but as a human being. Will I have it all figured out? Probably not. Will my experiences up until now shape me into a better person? Without a doubt. That’s my thing- keep improving, keep learning, accept feedback and execute aggressively. The bittersweet part of this equation though is that you will never ever meet your KPIs… they are ever moving.
